Tenth Doctor and Weeping Angel are the figures this year.

They are hoping to get the Fourth Doctor out before Christmas but they can’t make any guarentees.

If you go to their website, where there is an option of choosing how many you want to buy, type in a huge number and it will say at the top how many are left

I thought they was pretty big. You are talking about the figures right?

      May 12th, 2012 - 5:31pm

Yeah…I thought they had made a life-size model. Who would pay 149.99 pounds for a figure?!

    • booboo

      May 12th, 2012 - 6:08pm

      quite a few people

    • Give me a Dalek any day

      May 12th, 2012 - 6:39pm

It may be expensive, but the amount of detail, time and effort that has gone into the two figures is incredible! 🙂

      May 12th, 2012 - 7:51pm

Life size ? Why would they be life-size ? How could you play with, or even hold a figure that’s life sized ?! 😯

I think they’re sized allright, and the price I hope will go down. (so that I can buy the Doctor)

A life sized Dalek would set you back a few thousand pounds, so for this size, its not actually too bad a price.

These are not just figures, they acually look like The Doctor and Amy. Through they are too expensive for me, maybe i could get a cheap Dalek if it ever comes out. If the price does go down (a lot),then i wouldn’t mind a Riversong, or the 10th Doctor. (Now i would have to decide)

The price is never going to go down, they are making barely anything as it is.

The price is actually very reasonable for this sort of figure. A lot of people buy this type of figure… if you google ‘hot toys action figures’ you will see what I mean (they are a different company, but similar quality).
Also… these will likely hold their value for a very long time, or even increase in value (if you’re worried about that sort of thing).

A few people will be worried about price hikes eventually especially if they miss something.

They were planned for release after these two but have since been pushed back until next year.

As things stand it will be these two, then the Tenth Doctor, then a Weeping Angel and if they can fit it in the Fourth Doctor just in time for Christmas.

They’ve also said the figures are due to be shipped from China in the middle of June.

That means that some of them will be arriving in the middle of July (those from other suppliers) but those that ordered from them direct should get them 2-3 weeks earlier so either the end of June or beginning of July.
