Action Figures: The 7th Doctor

timerani7thThe 7th Doctor from Time and the Rani

Due for release on 13th December 2010.

Mercurial and highly moral, this Doctor would often despair at the cruelty and wastefulness he encountered across the galaxies.

On a trip to America in 1999, he was accidentally gunned down by a street gang and taken to hospital, where the procedures taken to try and save him did the reverse and he seemingly died, only to regenerate within the hospital’s morgue…

In this exclusive set we present the Seventh Doctor action figure in the costume first seen in ‘Time and the Rani’ with hat, cream jacket and umbrella accessory.

love this figure white looks good on the 7th doctor. i wonder if we will see the 8th dr in 7th dr clothes that would be call.

No, because that would be inacurrate, unless we see Paul McGann or Sylvester McCoy in a shroud, now that would be cool!

I think this is a bit of a rip-off because they have already released this figure, but I haven’t got any Seventh Doctors, so I might buy this.

Ah, man. If they’d just stuck the frowny face head on the cream-coloured jacket body, I’d be all over this, but I don’t need another one of these.

they’ve released already two 7th doctors and the one with the imperial dalek is exactly like this one. who the hell would buy this ? they’re not releasing a rory or river figure they’re releasing variants and bracewells and hathwornes and new tardises and same 7th doctors but they are not making a proper new figure ! 😡

I really like this doctor some of his stories are better than some of the RTD/SM stories. I don’t collect classic figures and I haven’t got any but I may have to make an exception for this figure as I am a fan of this doctor.
